Osprey Reef is the perfect get away cottage for a large family or 2 small families. The cottage is located in the private, gated community of Old Florida Beach on Scenic Hwy. 30-A in South Walton County. Osprey Reef has everything you need for that memorable beach vacation. Two large porches along the front of the house provide plenty of seating to enjoy a perfect sunset after a perfect day on our powder white sand beaches! Old Florida Beach has three private beach walkovers as well as a private pier allowing access to Draper Lake. There are no busy streets to cross and the cottage is only 100 yards to the spectacular Gulf of Mexico. There are only 40 homes is this community providing a true sense of warmth and privacy that will make your vacation even more special. The shops of Gulf Place are an easy walk and there are several restaurants within a 5 minute drive. Osprey Reef is 2000 square feet of beach comfort. Upstairs there are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed with private bath and jetted tub. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed with private bath and bedroom 3 has 2 sets of bunk beds with a bath across the hall. Downstairs there is a full bath, laundry room, full kitchen, dining room, living area with built in cabinets and flat screen TV. There are porches that span both levels of the house and the upstairs porch offers lovely views of the Gulf of Mexico. A vacation in Old Florida Beach will leave you with lasting memories.

2018 Summer Rate    2550.00 per week plus taxes, cleaning fees and refundable damage deposit
