Whole house air purification system installed 2020 that kills germs, bacteria and viruses in the air and on surfaces.

Enjoy magnificent Gulf views from open and screened porches. Private walkway to the beach with a large seating area from which you can enjoy the magnificent sunsets and dolphins playing in the water.

After a great day on the beach, you can grill out on the deck or walk to nearby restaurants. Only minutes away from many other attractions such as: golfing at Kelley Plantation, Regatta Bay and Santa Rosa Golf and Beach Club; shopping at Silver Sands Mall and many nearby shops. Ride bikes or a short drive to Seaside, Grayton Beach and Watercolor.
